The Art Collection II

The Art Collection features designs based on unique printed fabrics by Lilli Jahilo. The printed pieces form the backbone of the collection.

Lilli Jahilo first created the patterns for a collaboration project with Volvo Cars for the launch of their brand new car model V40.

The motifs were initially painted by hand with watercolour in an almost meditative mode. After digitalisation, it resulted in patterns that evoke feelings of happiness, optimism and creativity.

The collection is filled with elegant yet fun pieces the designer herself wants to wear. The patterns are custom printed for the Maison at a high-end printing studio in Tallinn, Estonia, on faux-silk and silk blends sourced from Europe. All garments are hand-made at the brand's in-house atelier.

The most important element of these ethically produced garments is the feeling that it creates in the wearer. This is the x-factor of any Lilli Jahilo piece. The feeling you can only experience once you have found your perfect dress.
