RETURNING AN ITEM RECEIVED BY DHL

- Your package will include an envelope containing the shipment label for returning your items as 

- In order to return a parcel, please follow these  instructions: 

  1. Place the item in its original or other suitable packaging.

  2. Close the package.

  3. Stick the enclosed return label on the return packaging.

  4. Remove any old labels or make them unreadable.

  5. If you don't already have a return label, please contact us via shop@lillijahilo.com 

  6. You can drop off your return shipment at any ServicePoint near you or opt for a pick-up by DHL courier. 

 

RETURNING AN ITEM RECEIVED BY OMNIVA

- The package can be returned to a parcel machine free of charge using the same label that is already attached to the package once you received it. 

- Use the return code provided in the email or text message to return the package.

 

RETURNING AN ITEM RECEIVED BY ITELLA SMARTPOST

- In order to return the package, use the return label included in the envelope with the package.

- If the parcel arrived at a blue parcel terminal, it can be returned free of charge with the same door code from any Smartpost blue parcel terminal across Estonia.

- A parcel that has arrived at a blue parcel terminal can also be returned from a white parcel terminal by making a return in the my.smartpost.ee self-service environment using the parcel number (barcode).

 

RETURN POLICY

- You are entitled to withdraw from the agreement concluded through our web store within 14 days of the receipt of product(s).

- The returns are free of charge for the client.

- Made to Measure items that are custom made according to the client's exact measurements cannot be returned. 

- You cannot return products, which are purchased by a legal entity.

- In order to use the right of withdrawal, you must handle the ordered product with care. If the product is to be returned, you may not wear or use the product in any way other than in a manner you would be able to try on or study such product in a physical store. Your liability will rise if you have used the product in any other way than necessary for becoming convinced in the nature and properties of the product.

- If the product is used and there are traces of wear and tear we may not accept your withdrawal or only return a sum in accordance with the state of the product.

- We will refund money within 14 days of the receipt of the returned goods.
